Would Justin Bieber still be famous if he didn't look the way he does now?

All the girls love him, but I'm wondering if they still would love his music if he was unattractive to them. Same goes for Jonas Brothers, Miley, Zac Efron, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato,..you get what I'm saying.
