Would you regret or accept the situation of you getting into the year of 3000 and there is no way to go back?

I remember watching an old B movie called " America 3000 " and in that future there was a mive nuclear war that bombed people back to the stone age, men and women survived but there technology was virtually none existent. I would survive well in a more primitive situation but lets say the future was like " Demolition Man " i would be so out of place i would most likely no fit into such an advanced culture.
